Hold Fast
A thirst-quenching dry cider made with Norwegian apples and classic English and Cascadian hops. Hold Fast was the motto of the jacktar sailors plying the seven seas and climbing high in the rigging. Notes of pine sap, citrus, wildflowers, white pepper and a slightly salty note from apples grown beside the fjords of Norway.
