Kingston Black
Kingston Black apples are an English bittersharp rich in both tannin and acid, and uniquely suited to making a well-rounded single varietal cider. Aromas of ripe plums, hints of pineapple and soft spiciness. Malolactic refermentation softens the naturally acidic apple into a beautiful and delicate cider.
